Our mission is to contribute to improved quality in healthcare through research and education.

We are a multidisciplinary and open research environment encompassing a wide range of research disciplines and expertise, including epidemiology, health economics, biostatistics, sociology, and clinical research.

Danish Center for Health Services Research is established through collaboration between Aalborg University and Region Nordjylland, represented by Aalborg University Hospital and the Psychiatry Department of Region Nordjylland.

The center is structurally integrated within the Department of Clinical Medicine, Faculty of Health Sciences, Aalborg University, and within Research, Education, and Innovation at Aalborg University Hospital.

Physically, the center is located in the SUND-building next to the New Aalborg University Hospital.
